Torus mandibularis often stays silent. Most carriers don’t even feel its presence. It’s there, but it’s quiet. An interesting aspect is its sensation, or lack thereof.
Not every bony growth is painful. And torus mandibularis is no exception. In most instances, carriers report no pain. It’s an added bone but not an added burden.
