Humidify the air to relieve laryngitis at night
Like dust and cigarette smoke, dry air increases respiratory discomfort, laryngitis-related pain and inflammation. It is therefore essential to keep a moist throat, and all the more so during the night when the coughing fits intensify.
If you do not have an air humidifier, simply place a basin of boiling water with a few drops of organic eucalyptus essential oil. The air will be charged with vapor which will limit the irritation of the larynx during the night.
Garlic to prevent laryngitis
