What are the symptoms?

Most common symptoms include:
- Sudden weakness and numbness in arms and legs;
- Sudden speech impairment (slurring, inability to speak, sudden stuttering);
- Mental confusion (disorientation, memory lapse);
- Sudden visual impairment (changes in eye motor function, rapid loss of sight);
- Sudden loss of balance, lack of coordination, dizziness, fainting);
- Sudden headache (usually very strong);
- Sudden numbness in top/bottom lip or half of the face;
- Sudden change in blood pressure.
