And it doesn’t have to be a lot; what matters is consistency – regular activity is what truly makes a difference. 30 minutes of moderate exercise each day, such as fast walking, 5 times a week is more than enough. Hiking, cycling, swimming, any kind of cardio are also excellent workouts. There’s no need to go crazy – just make your workouts regular!
