8. Duration and Persistence – Warts’ Stubborn Streak
One defining characteristic of warts is their persistence. Unlike pimples or other skin issues that resolve relatively quickly, warts tend to stay longer.
Some warts might disappear on their own, but it can take time. We’re talking months or even years, not just a few days.
Even after successful treatment, there’s no guarantee that warts won’t reappear. Their tenacious nature is part of what makes them so challenging to manage.(8)
