6. Apple Cider Vinegar
Recently there has been a surge in popularity of apple cider vinegar, hailing it as the new “wellness superhero”. Though it’s health benefits are yet to be scientifically proven, it definitely does bring nausea relief. It is known for its neutral PH, which helps to neutralize gastric acid in the stomach, therefore easing any unpleasant sensations. It’s best to start by adding one teaspoon to a glass of warm water to relieve vomiting. If you feel comfortable, you may slightly increase the amount of vinegar.
This solution is not for everyone, as vinegar does have a specific smell and taste. But if it brings relief, enjoy it with care! Even if it feels like a magic remedy, make sure not to overdo it.
