7. Chamomile
Chamomile has been a natural nausea remedy for many centuries. In addition to its sleep-inducing powers, it is a plant with mighty anti-vomiting action, helping to relieve digestive problems such as bloating, ulcers, nausea, vomiting or gastroenteritis. As an infusion after a meal, it will help ease the stomach and reduce the feeling of nausea.
It can also be consumed in the form of capsules, but is more popular as an infusion: Put 1 tablespoon of chamomile flowers in 1 liter of water, and leave to infuse for at least 10 minutes.
Chamomile essential oil can also be very helpful.
