Hypothyroidism Diet: Increase Thyroid Function

Drinks aggressive for the thyroid, such as:

    • Coffee;
    • Tea;
    • Sodas;
    • Energy drinks;
    • Alcohol;
  • Tobacco;
  • Smoked meats and cold cuts (ham, salami, meatloaf…);
