What are the treatments?
There is a wide variety of natural remedies and drugs that can help. Drugs that stop vomiting are called antiemetics. They will neutralize and block the reflex, with Metopimazine being the most commonly used one. As in most cases, treatment depends on the cause of the problem.

- Drink clear and ice-cold drinks slowly. Avoid alcohol, coffee and sugary drinks;
- Do not mix hot and cold foods;
- Eat carefully and slowly;
- Avoid fried, greasy and sweet foods;
- Wash your face, brush your teeth, and drink a glass of water;
- Relax and breathe calmly;
