Causative agents of food poisoning.
It is relatively difficult to precisely define a number of pathogens responsible for food poisoning. Nevertheless, there are a few that are very well known:
- Salmonella;
- Campylobacter;
- Norovirus;
- Hepatitis A;
- Shigella;
- E. Coli;
- Parasites;
- Clostridium botulinum;
- C. Perfringens.
